Stampings Tools Dies Molds In-House Tool Room Specialty Parts

Coinco is owned and operated by former tool and die makers. Although originally
organized as a precision tool and die machine shop, Coinco has grown into a
facility for tooling, stamping and plastic injection molding, giving you a
diverse service to meet your production needs.
Coinco Inc. is a
sub-contractor offering a wide range of services to industry. We strive to
excel in offering you competitive prices, quality and prompt deliveries. Our plant is a 43,200 square foot cement
block building located seven miles south of Meadville, Pa. and three miles
north of Cochranton, Pa. on Rt. 322.It incorporates our offices, tooling and
production departments and warehouse. The warehouse consists of 10,00 square
feet of floor space for storing raw material and finished parts, five loading docks for unloading from the rear of
trucks and one inside bay for side unloading.

Our diverse tooling
background provides the basis from which we are able to produce the wide range
of production tooling necessary to manufacture all your stamping and plastic
injection moldings. We have capabilities for designing as well as manufacturing
stamping dies molds, drill jigs, fixtures and custom machines. We tool jobs
that require simple single station dies to parts & quantities that require
multi-station progressive tooling. We also can supply weldments, rough or
finished, made from all types of materials.
Our tool room is equipped
with modern machinery that typically includes mills, grinders, lathes, E.D.M. and all the various
support and inspection equipment necessary to operate a quality tool room.
Besides the construction of
new tooling, our tool room handles die preparation and tool maintenance. This
close association between our tool room and production department allows us to
produce quality parts on time.
Our stamping department
with press capacities from 5 tons to 200 tons are able to handle a wide range
of stamping assignments. We are experienced in the production of components
that vary from small electronic stampings to large automotive blank stampings.
The ability and experience
of our stamping department to run all types of tooling, single hit-hand load,
compound, multi-station progressive and tools that require air cushions, allow
us to suggest to you the most cost effective method of production.

also includes automatic extrusion saws, vibratory deburring machines, automatic
drill presses, spot welders and various other secondary equipment, which
enables us to do a complete job.
Everyone in the organization
from production personnel and inspection department to the staff and management
has but one goal and that goal is to continue to supply the customer with high
quality stampings.
Our quality control system
includes statistical process control and as you require we will furnish full
documentation.
